PRAYER FOR TODAY - January 11, 2014 (Praying For Family, Friends, People We Know, and People We Don't Know)

Father thank you for a new day in you.  A new day of peace and a new day of power.  A new day to praise you.  A new day to worship you.  A new day to trust and to believe you.  Father thank you for a new day to experience your love and your mercy for us.   You are so good.   

Father right now we ask that you watch over our families, our friends, people we know and those we don't know.   Asking that you shield them, protect them, keep them, heal them, deliver them, and provide for them.  Father we lift them up before you today and lay down ourselves and our needs trusting your word concerning our own lives where you said that you know the things we have need of and you are faithful and just to provide.   So today we pray for those who may not have the same level of  trust that we have in you.  We pray for their strength and we pray that they grow in your word and in your wisdom.   Father we love you.  We are thankful for all that you have done for us and are doing for us.  Father you alone are God and we praise you.   In Jesus name we do pray. Amen.
