PRAYER FOR TODAY - December 16, 2013 (Asking God To Let The Power Of His Word That We Are Standing On To Overtake Us)

Father thank you for a new day in you.  A new day to experience your love, your grace, your peace, your and mercy.  Father thank you for your word today.  For your word confirms who you are.  What you said you will do.   It confirms your faithfulness.   It confirms your love.    Father we are standing on your word.   For in your word are your promises.   Father when we stand on something we have to stand on something that is solid and can hold us.   The truths in your word are just that.   They are solid promises from you to us.   Now Father we ask that you manifest those truths in our lives.   Father let the power of your word that we are standing on, overtake our lives and cause your glory to be seen in us, though us, and  working for us.   In Jesus name.  Amen.
