Glory to your name Father. For this is the day that you have made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. We will praise you Father. Through the storm....we will praise you. Through the trials....Father we will praise you. Through whatever is going on in our lives at this moment Father ... we will praise you. For Father you are the maker of heaven and earth. You see all. You know all. Father you know everything that we are going through and we just lift up our hands as a symbol of surrender and give it all over to you today. Let our confession be that we surrender all to you today. Let our lives be lives of surrender. Father we know that surrender means to give up possession of something.....Father today we give up everything that we have been holding onto ourselves. All of our hurts, our pains, our disappointments. Father we give you all our worries and all of our cares. Father these things that have been weighing us down. They have been causing us to be crouched over.....to the point that we can't look up and see you. Your goodness, your grace, your love, and your mercy. Father today....we surrender it all to you. Father we want you. We want to see you. We want to live in you. Your love, your peace, and your joy. For in you Father.....love, peace, and joy never end. You are love Father. Your peace and your joy are never ending.
Thank you Father for showing us today how to shift. How to shift from our way of thinking and our way of doing things to your way. Transform us today. Father transformation means that something or someone changes completely. It means to change something from one energy source to another. Father transform us. Where we are completely changed for you. Where the things we used to do .... are no longer a desire in us and no longer have an impact on our lives. Father....transform our energy source. Where we are no longer running on self .... but where we are totally dependent on your power to fulfill our call in life.
Father you are so good and we love you so much. Do what only you can do. Show us your way. Father we place our lives in your hands and ask that you not only lead us .... but carry us Father to the place that you would have us to be. In Jesus name we do pray. Amen.
