PRAYER FOR TODAY - October 1, 2026 (Inviting God Into Every Situation In Our Lives and Asking Him To Do Not Only What He Can Do But What He Wants To Do)

Father today we are determined to keep our minds stayed on You. We come to you today asking You to help us to stay focused. Help us to not be distracted by the things of the world. Help us to know that You are in control.

Father the enemy comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy but we know that You have come to give us life and to give us that life more abundantly. Help us today Father to rest in Your peace.  Strengthen us today Father. You said in Your Word that in our weakness, You are strong. Father honor Your Word in our lives.

Father we are coming boldly to Your throne of grace in our time of need. We need You now. We need You in every aspect of our lives. There's not a moment in time that we don't need You. So Father we invite You into every situation. We ask that You move and that You manifest. We ask that You show Yourself strong. Let people see You at work on our behalf. Use our lives as lights for Your Kingdom. Father our faith, our hope, and our trust are all in You and we ask that You do not only what you can do but what you want to do in and through our lives in Jesus name, amen.
