Father today we put the unexpected in Your hands. There are many things that have come to us unexpectedly in an attempt to push us away from You but we know that You know all things. Father where we have had expected loss, unexpected change, unexpected hurt, unexpected pain, and unexpected sickness and disease. We give all of the worry and doubt regarding the expected, we give it all over to You.
Father help us as only You can. Strengthen us as only You can. Lead us, guide us, and direct us as only You can. Father we know that You know all things. You said for us to cast our cares on You because You care for us and that's what we're doing right now. We're casting it all on You and asking You to take care of it all.
Father we can't stop the changes that are happening in our lives daily. But we pray that the changes cause us to reflect You more. We want to love more. We want to encourage others more. Father we thank You for equipping us to do just that. Thank You for teaching us how to hold on when it's hard. Thank You for being our strength in our weakness in Jesus name, amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
