PRAYER FOR TODAY - October 5, 2026 (Thanking God and Asking Him To Do What He Knows Needs To Be Done)

Father thank You for being right here right now. Thank You for never leaving us nor forsaking us. Thank You for allowing us to come into Your presence and to ask of You in our times of need. Father thank You for having an open line of communication with us. Forgive us for the times we've tried to handle situations and circumstances on our own. Father we know that we need You. We know that without You we would be nothing and we would have nothing. We know that it is only in You that we live, breathe, and have our being.

Father You said in Your Word that You know the things that we have need of and that You are faithful and just to provide us with those things. We are asking today that You do what You know needs to be done. Father You can see what we cannot see and You can do what we cannot do and we come to You because we know that we need You. Father You said that if we call You will answer and so today we're calling on You and we're asking You to answer. We are asking You to help us on this journey called life. We are asking You to meet the needs. We are asking You to heal our bodies. We are asking You to divinely intervene and interrupt the plan and the plots of the enemy. We are asking You to give us peace in the midst of the storm. We are asking You to touch our hearts and let us love like You love. We are asking You for Your help. You know we need help but we still need to come to You and ask of You and that's what we're doing.

Help us now Lord. Be who You are and do what You do. We surrender our lives and everything about our lives to You and we ask that You make our enemies our footstool and we ask that You take us to a place of answered prayers in Jesus name, amen.
