PRAYER FOR TODAY- October 13, 2026 (Asking God To Help Us To Let Go Of What We Need To Release and Hold On To What We Need To Hold Tight Too)

Father today we come to You asking You to help us understand. Help us to understand people. Help us to understand why they do the things they do and help us to understand why they fail to do the things they should do. Even with us Father help us to understand what we should be doing for You.

Today is a new day and Father today we ask You to  help us in every way possible. Father we need You. We need Your peace, we need Your power, we need Your strength, we need Your provision, we need Your healing, we need Your deliverance, we need all of who and what You are. We need to feel Your love. We need to feel Your presence. Father we need to see You at work in every situation and every circumstance concerning our lives.

Help us Father. We can't live this life right without you. Help us to let go of things that we have been holding onto that we should be releasing. Help us to hold on to the things that we have been letting go of that we should be hanging on tight too.

Give us Your peace and give us Your direction. Show us every step that You have ordained for us to take in life. If we get off track Father, we ask that You reel us back in. We ask that You place a hedge of protection around us and we ask that Your angels stand watch over us.

Do what only You can in and through our lives. We lay everything down at Your feet and ask You to show us what to pick up, what to say, and what to do so that we can honor You in every way in Jesus name, amen.
