PRAYER FOR TODAY - December 18, 2016 (Asking God To Help Us Walk In Discernment and Understanding and Praying For Our Families and Friends)

Father thank You for this new day in You.  Thank You for giving us this opportunity to rejoice in You and to exalt Your holy name.   Thank  You Father for Your love, Your peace, Your power, and Your presence.   Thank You for healing us and for delivering us.  Thank You for strengthening us and for showing us who we are and what we can do in and for You.  

Right now Father we praise Your holy name.   We lift You up.   We exalt You.   For You Father are God alone.    Father we surrender all to You and we ask that You move in every situation concerning our lives.   Father where there are areas where we may not understand what is going on and why things are happening, we ask that You help us to understand.   Help us to walk in both discernment and understanding concerning every area of our lives.

Father we lift up our families and our friends before You.   Father we pray that You meet every need of their lives.   Father we pray for healing to take place in their lives and in their homes.  Father we pray that strengthen them and bless them as only You can.   Father let them see you life never before.   As they walk in obedience to Your Word, let Your Word be at work in their lives.  

Father thank You for all that You have done and are doing.   Father we love You and we exalt Your holy name.   It is in Jesus name we do pray.   Amen
