PRAYER FOR TODAY - December 15, 2016 (Asking God To Help Us To Walk In Forgiveness)

Thank You Father for who You are.   For You are good all the time.   You never fail and You never give up on us.   Right now Father we ask that You help us.   We ask that You go before us and that You heal, strengthen, and deliver us.     Right now Father we ask that You help us to walk out Your plan and Your purpose for our lives.   Father help us to forgive. 

Father we no longer want to carry around the pain of our past.   Father Your Word says that You want us to be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving.   Father it says that if we forgive others their trespasses, you will forgive ours.  Help us Father.   Where we have found it hard or what we feel as impossible to do, we ask that you help us to walk in Your love and forgiveness right now.    

Father You are God.   You are our source and You are our resource.   You Father shield us, protect us, provide for us, strengthen us, and forgive us.   Now Father we ask that You help us to be more like You.   Help us to surrender all to You.    The people and the pain that we have been holding on to so that we can walk fully in Your plan for our lives in Jesus name ... amen.

Matthew 6:15 

But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
