PRAYER FOR TODAY - August 30, 2015 (Not Dwelling On Yesterday and Thanking God For His Renewed Mercy)

It's a new day.   Yesterday is gone.  Everything in yesterday may not have been the best, but understand God has given you a new day to begin again.   

"Father thank You for this new day.  Thank you for your love, protection, peace, and provision.  Father thank You for carrying us through our yesterdays.   Thank You for how You've made ways even when we didn't know the way.  Father we love You.  We praise You.  We exalt You.   Father there is none like You.   No one compares to who You are and no one can do for us the things You do.   There is no replacement for You.   Father our hope, our trust, our belief are all in You.   Now Father we ask that You lead and guide our footsteps.  Show us what You would have us to do.    Father it is our desire to live each and every day of our lives in a way that pleases you.  Father we commit to a lifestyle of faith.  A lifestyle where we trust You and wait on You.  We commit to doing things Your way and not our own.  Father we commit totally and completely to You in Jesus name ... amen."

Exodus 15:13

Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: Thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.

Lamentations 3:21-23

²¹ This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.
²² It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.
²³ They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.
