Father it is our desire to do what You have called us to do. Forgive us for the times we have walked in fear and we ask that You help us now to walk fully in faith.
Father, You are our God. We need You. We need You to lead us, guide us, and to direct our path. Father, it is our desire to fear not and to take You at Your Word. Help us Father. Help us to accomplish all that You have called us to do without walking in fear.
Father when Peter walked on water, he became fearful because He begin to consider how the wind and the waves were affecting the water. Today, Father we commit to keeping our hearts, minds, and eyes stayed on You despite what is going on around us. We know Father that the winds and waves that Peter experienced are representative of the trials, tribulations, and circumstances that we find ourselves in each day. Father, we know that You are with us and we shall not be moved.
Thank You Father in advance for helping us to do all that You have called us to to do in Jesus' name, amen.
SCRIPTURE MEDITATION
Psalm 16:8
King James Version
I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
This is my prayer for you and your family and for me and my family as well.
