PRAYER FOR TODAY - August 20, 2014 (Asking God To Strengthen Us Where We Are Weak So That When Life Tugs Us or Pulls Us, We Will Remain Stationary)

There are many things in life that will pull you in many different directions.   But God is the one thing in life that is steadfast and unchanging.  We must learn how to stay connected to Him.   So that when life pulls us ... we will remain fixed and stationary.   

Father we come to you now asking that you help us.   Help us to remain fixed on You.  To keep our eyes on You.  To keep our hearts open to You.  To keep our mind on You.   Father life tends to pull and to tug us in many different directions.   It tries to pull us into fear.  It tries to pull us into doubt.   It tries to pull us into anxiety.   Father You said in Your Word ... where we are weak, You are strong.   Father we ask that You strengthen us right now.   Strengthen us in whatever areas we are showing weakness.   Help us Father.   Heal us and deliver us now in Jesus name. Amen
