PRAYER FOR TODAY - July 4, 2017 (Asking God To Do A New Thing In Us and To Use Our Lives For His Glory)

Father thank You for this brand new day in You.   Thank You for all that You have done and for all that You are doing in us and through us.   Father thank You for the power of the cross.  

Father You are faithful.   Father You are God alone.   Father You are our source and You are our supply.   Father we need You and we acknowledge our need for You right now.  

Father thank You for doing something different in us.   Father, You said in Your Word that You would do a new thing in us.   Father thank You for newness breaking forth right now.   Father today is a new day.   Today is not only a day that You made but it is a day that You have ordained for such a time as this.   Thank You Father for this day.   It is the day where the world celebrates their independence.  Father thank You for allowing us to be independent and yet dependent on You.   Father we know that we can be nothing and do nothing without You.   Thank You Father for using our lives for Your glory.

Right now Father we come to You and we ask You to show us Your way.   Show us clearly the path that You have ordained for us to take.   Lead us Father into the destiny that You have already prepared for us.   Father we desire to be Your faithful servants and witnesses in the earth.   Help us Father to represent You well in Jesus name ... Amen.
