PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 22, 2017 (Laying Down Self and Asking God To Help Us To Know, To See, and To Do What Is Right)

Father help us today.   Help us to know, to see, and to do what is right.   Help us to live according to Your Word and not according to our will.    Father we need You.   We need Your help and we need Your strength.   Father we need You to lead us and to show us what You would have us to do.   Father we need Your direction and we need Your peace concerning every situation in our lives.  

Father You are God alone.   You are our source and You are our resource.   Father everything that we have and everything that we need in life is found in You.   Father we ask that You continue to show us Your ways.   Father continue to reveal Your Word and Your will to us.   Father thank You for never leaving and for never forsaking us.  

Father we lay self down right now.   For truly Father we know that we can do nothing without You.   Father it is only because of Your love, grace, and mercy that we are here today.   Father thank You for another day.   Another day to live right in You.    Father it is our prayer that we represent You well today and every day in Jesus name ... Amen.

2 Corinthians 5:18-20

¹⁸ And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

¹⁹ To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

²⁰ Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
