PRAYER FOR TODAY - December 24, 2012 (Praying That People Will Know, See, and Understand The True Meaning Of Christmas)

Father thank you.   Thank you for a new day in you.   A new day to celebrate the birth of Christ.   Your gift to the world.   Father thank you for showing us who we are through Him.   Thank you for redeeming us through His precious blood.   Thank you Daddy for allowing your love for us to override our bad choices and bad decisions.    Father you are so good.   You are so faithful.   You are so right, just, and true.    We love you Daddy.   We praise you and we magnify you.   For you alone are God.   

Father our prayer today is that people realize and know the reality of who you are.   That they realize and know who Christ is and the power of the blood that has been shed for their lives.   Father we pray that as we celebrate the birth of Christ that people will come to know the true meaning of Christmas.    Father let your word and your salvation become real in the hearts of people all around us today.   Let them know, see, and understand that Jesus is real and that He is the reason for the season.    In Jesus name we do pray.   Amen.
