Father thank You for Your goodness, grace, love, and mercy. Thank You for Your peace, Your power, and Your protection. Father we need You. We need for You to do what only You can do in and through our lives. We need Your divine intervention.
Help us Father. Help us to see, know, and to do what is right. Help us to be strong in You. Help us to be patient and to wait on You. Father You are God. You said that You are strength in our weakness. We know that You are Jehovah Jireh our Provider and Jehovah Shalom our Peace.
Father we want to be whole in You. So right now, we surrender all to You. We let go of the hurt and the pain. We let go of the worry and the doubt. We let go of anything and everything that has been hindering our walk with You. Father we ask that You do in us, for us, and through us what only You can in Jesus name ... Amen.
SCRIPTURE MEDITATION
1 Peter 5:6-10
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].
