Father thank you for this new day in You. Thank you for leading us, guiding us, and for directing us. Father thank you for making a way for us. We love You Lord. We exalt You and we lift You up. Father there is no one that compares to You. There’s nothing that compares to Your goodness, grace, and glory. Father forgive us where we have put people, places, or things before You. Help us Father to live our lives according to Your Word and Your will.
Father today we lift up our leaders before you. Your Word says for us to pray for all that are in authority. So right now we ask that You watch over our leaders. Father we pray for their complete surrender to You. We pray that they will surrender their hearts, minds, bodies, and actions to You. We ask that You send someone across their path that will minister your Word to them. Father we ask that You bring healing to them and healing to our nation.
Father we love you and we surrender our all to You. Father as we follow You, help us to lead others to You. Father we desire to be leaders anointed and appointed by You and not followers of the world. Father do in us, for us, and through us with only You can in Jesus name amen.
SCRIPTURE MEDITATION
I Timothy 2:1-2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
