We are called to be intercessors. However, as you intercede on behalf of
someone else, you must keep in mind that you can’t pray against a person’s
will. You can however, pray that God
moves upon their heart so that they can see what is the true and acceptable
will of the Father. So as you pray,
pray for a heart change to take place in the lives of the lost ones you are
praying for. Pray that they have an
encounter with God that will change their mind so that they can line their will
up with God’s will.
2 Corinthians 4:4King James Version (KJV)In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
“Father we lift up the lost before You right now. For to be lost means to be unable to find
your way. Father we lift up those who don’t
know the way to go right now. Father
help them. Father meet them as you met
Saul on the road to Damascus. Father
let them have an encounter with You. An
encounter that changes their whole outlook in life. Father touch their hearts and heal their
minds. Father we pray that they see You
like never before. We pray that a desire
to serve You arises within them like never before. Father help them, heal them, and bring them
to a point of change. Father we plead
the blood of Jesus that breaks every chain of bondage over their lives right
now in Jesus name. Amen”
