PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 28, 2015 (Glorifying God and Asking Him To Continue To Unveil Himself To Us)

Today is a brand new day.  A brand new day to give God praise, honor, and glory.   It’s time to praise Him with our walk and our talk.   It’s time to honor Him with our lives.   It’s time to let our lives reflect His glory.  

Father thank You for this new day in You.  Thank You for moving and manifesting in our lives.  Thank You for what You have done and for what You are about to do.  Father there is none like You.  Father nothing compares to Your goodness, grace, and glory.  Father we adore You.   Father we worship You.  Father we praise You.   Father we ask right now that You continue to unveil Yourself to us.  Father show us Your way.   Help us where we are weak so that we can continue to stay in Your will.  Father we need You.  We love You.  We adore You.   You are God alone and our hope, faith, and trust are all in You.   Help us to know, see, and to do Your will in Jesus name.  Amen

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 20, 2015 (Seeking God For The Answers To Life's Questions

You are not the only one looking for answers.  Everyone is looking for answers.  Answers to why they are going through sickness.  Answers to why they don't have enough money.   Answers to why things are happening that make them feel depressed.   There are so many questions in life, you just have to make sure that you are seeking God for the answers.  

"Father we come to You now asking that You show us Your way.   Show us the lessons that  You would have us to learn in life.   Father we need You.  We need Your guidance and Your direction.   We need Your answers so that our responses to these situations that are occurring in our lives are Godly responses.   Father help us, heal us, deliver us, and strengthen us.   Show us Your way and Your plan.  Father help us to understand Your answers to life questions.   Help us to rest in knowing that no matter what life brings, You are there and You will take care of us in Jesus name ... amen."

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 19, 2015 (Asking God To Strengthen Us As We Wait On His Answer To Our Prayer)

Time.   Time can be defined as duration.  It is the length or period through which something exists.   When we look at prayer, we can say that time is the length or period through which someone endures.    What do you do during the period of time that starts when you first go to God in prayer and continues until you see your prayers answered?   Do you stand?  Do you wait?   Do you believe?   Or do you give up, quit, and doubt whether God will answer you?    What do you do during that time?    Let that time be filled with faith.   Trust God, Believe God, and Wait on God to answer your petition.  

"Father thank You for steadfast and unchanging love.   Father thank You for always being present in our times of need.  Father we come to You today asking that You help us to stand.   Help us to wait on You.   Father You said that You are  our strength in our weakness.   Father if we are being weak in our waiting on You, we ask that You help us.    Father we believe You.   We know that You love us and that You are working things together for our good.   We trust You.   It is our desire to stand strong as we wait on You.    We ask that You strengthen us now as we wait on Your answer to our situation in Jesus name ... Amen"

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 18, 2015 (Casting Down Doubt and Fear and Believing That You Receive When You Pray)

You keep wondering what is wrong with your prayer.   You keep praying and you keep asking God why isn't He answering.   You look around and it seems as though everyone else is receiving answers to their prayers and yet you are still waiting on God's response to yours.  Have faith.   Trust God and His Word.   His Word tells us to abide in Him and to allow His Word to abide in us.   His Word says that it is by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving that we are to let our requests be known to Him.    His Word says that we have to believe that we receive when we pray.   This is God's Word to us and for us and we have to believe, trust, and obey His Word and know that He is at work in our situation and trust where He said that He is working it all together for our good.

John 15:7 - If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Philippians 4:6 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Mark 11:24 - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].

"Father thank You for Your clear direction.   For You have told us to abide in You.  So right now Father we vow to stand by and stick to Your Word.   Father You said to be careful for nothing.  One definition for careful is anxious.  So right now we make up in our mind that we will not be anxious.  We will stand still and wait in peace for Your clear direction and answer to our prayers.    Father You have promised that if we believe when we pray that we shall receive.  So right now Father we cast down all doubt and fear and we walk in total belief.   Believing that You are God alone and that You are allow powerful and can do all things.  Thank You Father for Your unchanging love and for honoring Your promises in our lives in Jesus name.  Amen"

PRAYER FOR TODAY- March 17, 2015 (Getting Past Our Hurt, Anger, and Doubt and Surrendering What We Are Thinking To God)

Praying is not always easy.   Prayer is communing with God or should I say communicating with God.   In order to truly communicate with anyone, you have to get past the  hurt, pain, and thoughts that you are experiencing.   There are many things that we think about that we never open up and talk about.    What we have to understand is the fact that God already knows what we are thinking, so why not go ahead and open up and talk to Him about it.  

"Father help us today.  Help us to press pass our emotions ... our hurt, our anger, and our doubt.   Father help us to come into an intimate relationship with You.   A relationship where we are free to talk to You.  To commune with You.   To be free with You.   Father help us to let go of the fear that we carry around each day that says that no one will ever understand what we are going through.   Help us to realize that You know everything about us and it is Your desire that we come to You and to commune with You.   Father thank You for never leaving us and for never forsaking us.   Thank You for being a ready help in our times of need.   Thank You Father for allowing us to cast our care upon You and for showing us that You care for us.    Father thank You for working everything that we are experiencing in this point in our lives together for our good in Jesus name ... amen."

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 16, 2015 (Praying God's Word)

God has outlined His promises in His Word.   On of the main things that we need to learn how to do is pray the Word.   Not just words ... but "The Word".    When you pray the Word, you are repeating what God has already said.    By doing so, you are coming into agreement and re-affirming His promises in your life.  

Father thank You for Your Word is true.  Father You said that You are the God that heals.   Therefore, we can rest assured that we are healed today.   Father Your Word says that You know everything that we have need of and therefore, we know, that every one of our needs are met.   Father Your Word says that You are Jehovah Shalom, the God of peace.   So right now we ask that Your peace be seen in every area of our lives.  Thank You Father for who You are and thank You for what You have done.   Our faith, hope, trust, and belief are all in You in Jesus name ... amen.

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 15, 2015 (Praying For God's Guidance and Trusting Him To Work Everything Together For Our Good)

There are times when everyone else feels as though they know what is best for your life but you have to seek God and trust what God is saying for you to do.   It may not be the popular opinion and everyone may not have an understanding as to why you are not following their lead, but in the end, they will see and know that God was leading you to do what you needed to do.  

Today Father we come to You asking You for guidance.  We are asking that You show us the way that You would have us to go.  Father we know that You are our strength and our protection.  We know that Your Words says that You are with us wherever we go.   Father it is our desire to go the way You would have us to.   Father we no longer want to follow our own will or own way.  We want to be led by You.   Help us Father.   Heal us Father.   Lead us.   Guide us through Your Word.   Touch our hearts and give us peace concerning Your plan.   Father we acknowledge our need for You and we trust You to guide our footsteps and to work everything out in our lives for our good in Jesus name ... amen.

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 14, 2015 (Thanking God and Knowing That He Is Everything That We Need)

God is...
When you are down, out, and lonely ... God is your comfort.   When you are sick ... God is your healer.   When you are worried and in fear ... God is your peace.   Everything that you will ever need in life, God is!  

Father thank You for being our all and all.  Everything that we need, whenever we need You.   Father we love You.  We exalt You.  We trust You.   Father we will wait on You.    Right now we ask that You help us to wait.   Father You know all about us.   You know every strength and every weakness.  Right now we ask that You strengthen us where we are weak.   Father we acknowledge our need for You.   We come to You now asking that You lead, guide, and direct us.   We ask that You heal the brokenness.   Father You see and You know all things.   You see our needs for today and You see every need that we will ever have in life.   So right now we surrender all to You and ask that You meet the needs in our lives.  We ask that You use our lives as testimonies of Your goodness, grace, love and mercy.   Thank You Father for never leaving us.   Thank You for never forsaking us.  Thank You for giving us Your Word.  For Your Word is truth and we can put all of our trust in You and Your Word.   In Jesus name ... amen.  

PRAYER FOR TODAY - March 13, 2015 (Surrendering All To God)

It's time to surrender.   It's time to give it all over to God.  All those things that have been worrying you and keeping you from walking freely in God's Word, will, and way.   Those hindrances.  Those roadblocks.   Give it all over to God right now.   He loves you and it is His desire to take care of you.   

"Father we come to You now, freely surrendering all of the weight that we have been carrying over to You.  Those things we don't know how to deal with, we give them all to You right now.   The hurt and the pain, we release it right now.  Father it is our desire to live our lives in a way that is pleasing to You at all times.   Father You are our hope. .    We ask that You help us and that You heal us right now.   We ask that You come in and transform whatever needs to be changed in us.   We desire to reflect who You are at all times.   Father, we surrender all to You right now in Jesus name ... Amen"
